We have dedicated accommodation with your needs in mind, and we strive to provide a welcoming environment for all visitors and guests, regardless of their abilities. 

Our guests’ well-being and safety are of the utmost importance to us. Our dedicated team strive to accommodate and assist guests with varying needs. Accessible Safari Tents

We believe that every person should have the opportunity to enjoy our Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm, and the accommodations available at our location. We have accessibly designed safari tents, crafted to ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests of all accessibility needs. 

Accessible Bathrooms: Our wheel-chair friendly Pearler’s Village Accessible Safari Tents have an accessible ensuite, including grab bars, roll-in shower, and other amenities to ensure your comfort and safety.

Join us on the pristine coastline of the Dampier Peninsula, and enjoy the tranquil environment of our Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm. Our Pearler’s Village is fully accessible and a close distance to Pearler’s Village Accessible Safari Tents, the Homestead Restaurant, tours, and the pool. Our Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm welcomes all guests to enjoy all that we have to offer in an accessible environment.

Dedicated Accessible Bathroom: Our wheel-chair friendly Homestead Restaurant bathroom has an accessible toilet and shower, including grab bars, roll-in shower, and other amenities to ensure your comfort and safety.

We offer two accessible, wheel-chair friendly Pearler’s Village Safari Tents, and our Pearler’s Village amenities are equipped with disabled bathrooms to ensure a comfortable and accessible experience for all visitors and guests.

Our reception area, homestead restaurant and pool area all have mobility friendly access as well.

Definitely, we do accommodate for those that use mobility scooters or wheelchairs. 

We offer two accessible, wheel-chair friendly Pearler’s Village Safari Tents, and our Pearler’s Village amenities are equipped with disabled bathrooms to ensure a comfortable and accessible experience for all visitors and guests.

Our Pearler’s Village Safari Tents are self-contained with an ensuite, a small bar fridge and kettle. Tea, milk and coffee are included in this area.

The Reception area has ramp access, and seating.

Main amenities in the Pearler’s Village have ramp access with disabled toilets.

While we do not offer translation services, we have many experiences that are enjoyable and transcend language boundaries. We endeavor to make every persons stay at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm a memorable one.

Our Pearler’s Village Accessible Safari Tents are designed to accommodate guests with mobility requirements.

We do not currently offer a discount for carers, but we are open to discussing how we can accommodate the needs of you and your carer.

We welcome on service animals to stay in our picnic areas that has a grassy space. 

We do have a reception entryway, and it is accessible with a ramp to accommodate all visitors and guests. 

Yes, we have seating available at reception. 

At this stage, we unfortunately do not but we would be happy to assist with check ins, bookings, and whatever else you may need at the lower tables on the front deck by reception.

We collect all check-in detailed before arrival if your time with us is pre-booked. 

If you do not have a booking, all details may be collected verbally. Therefore, you do not need to manually fill any details out. 

Definitely, we welcome all visitors and guests who are deaf or have low hearing. Our Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm team are committed to ensuring your time with us is not only memorable, but also comfortable and accommodating.

At this stage we do not have a tablet with text-to-voice capabilities. Our friendly reception team would be happy to provide you with pen and paper to assist with communication. 

At this stage we do not have a hearing loop fitted to the reception area.

At this stage we do not have pictures boards available as a communication aid. 

Unfortunately we do not have even and glare free lighting in the reception area. As always, we are more than happy to assist as best we can, just let our friendly reception team know.

Our accessible bathrooms are not locked externally, however they do feature a privacy lock from within to ensure uninterrupted use and privacy.
