Join us in our epic annual event, spanning the weekend of September where we invite you to immerse yourself in our 70 years of pearling tradition, now infused with a modern twist.
For those seeking a truly immersive experience, limited accommodation is available at our Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm itself. Join us in an unforgettable celebration!
Pearl Harvest Festival
Join Australia’s pearling pioneers, Cygnet Bay, in celebration of their pearl harvest. The festival immerses you in our 75 years of pearling tradition with a modern twist.
Traditionally celebrated to signify the end of the year’s harvest, Cygnet Bay now offers guests the opportunity to join in the festivities with fun events all weekend long. Champagne sundowners, live music and ‘behind the scenes’ insights into a working pearl farm, family fun day, all culminating in the pearl farm party of the year!
See a selection of our latest pearl harvest on display and purchase pearls direct from the waters they are farmed. Limited accommodation available at the pearl farm with transfers from nearby accommodation available in the evenings.
There are two ticketed events – ‘Stranded in Style’ and the ‘Harvest Party’. Tickets are available online by clicking the link below. Alternatively, check out our program for plenty of free, non-ticketed events happening all weekend.

Stranded in Style
Get ‘Stranded in Style’ when we drop you by boat to a deserted beach. Greeted by the team, champagne in hand, soak up the serenity as you sit around the fire and watch as the light fades from the Kimberley Sky. Tonight is all about getting ‘stranded’, so take the opportunity to wear a beautiful Cygnet Bay pearl strand or jewellery piece for the evening.

Harvest Party
Join us for the party of the year. Traditionally held to signify the end of the pearl harvest, Cygnet Bay now opens the party to visitors from all over. Live music, giveaways and some great food will have you up and dancing the night away. Ticket price includes dinner. This is a family friendly event.

Staircase to the Moon
Witness the natural phenomenon of ‘Staircase to the Moon’ with great food and even better company. This monthly event happens on the second night of ‘Staircase to the Moon’ at the lookout at Cygnet Bay. Stand in awe as the moon rises creating the impression of a staircase in the tidal flats of our front beach.
Pearler's Longtable
Hosted by the Brown family and the Cygnet Bay team, who still call the farm home, we’ll take you back to the golden pearling days where after a hard day’s work we’d all sit down together for a well-deserved meal, a beverage or two and some great conversation! We invite you to join us for a night of excellent food, culminating in a memorable dining experience, ‘Pearler’s style’.

Sunset Sips
As the final rays of light of the day hit Cygnet Bay, watch as the blues of the ocean deepen and the reds of the rocks glow. Kick back and relax on a secluded shell island as the tides ebb and flow around you. Sample delicious canapes showcasing local flavours, and enjoy the rare opportunity to taste pearl meat fresh from the farm. All served with ice cold refreshments. Arrive in style on our amphibious vessels which will seamlessly transfer you from our farm reception to the island, without even getting your feet wet!
