The restaurant was inspired by Cygnet Bay’s pearling heritage and the modern operations of the farm, incorporating bush timbers and one of our original pearl lugger masts running the length of the ceiling.
We are open for à la carte breakfast & lunch and buffet dinner, 7 days a week Easter to November.
